Summer Bass Fishing with a Berkley PIT BOSS – $20 Combo TROUBLE!!!

Its a hot summer day and I am bass fishing from the shore with a Berkley Pit Boss. This soft plastic lure is easily found anywhere fishing tackle is sold. The Pit Boss resembles a crawfish and is perfect for a Texas Rig. By dragging it on the bottom next to the bank, I am able to catch 3 largemouth bass. Unfortunately during this trip, I got my Pit Boss snagged on a log and while trying to get the lure free, the anti-reverse on my Daiwa reel failed. After taking the reel apart, and identifying the problem, I was able to get the reel working again. Is this a temporary fix? We will have to wait and see! I will continue bass fishing through the hot summer.
