Summer Bass Fishing From The Bank – Frog Fishing $20 Combo

Today I’m fishing for summer bass with a frog. I am fishing this frog from the bank on my $20 combo. I fish it for a while without a bite. But then, as I swim the frog past some heavier cover, splash! A bass smacks it as it swims by. I make sure I hesitate for a second or two and then I set the hook. I manage to catch one nice bass swimming the frog on top of the water. After the topwater bite slows down I slow fish the frog through the grass and catch a bunch of warmouth, or maybe green sunfish. I can’t believe they are so aggressive that they try to eat a plastic frog.
