Today I am challenging myself to catch a bass on an unusual fishing lure, a six inch grub! This is a 6 inch P-Line Kick’R Grub and they come in a strange package. I am fishing for bass at a couple of public parks, and not having a ton of luck. The water level on the lake is way down so my typical spots are too shallow to fish. I do manage to get one nice bass on the strange grub though. And that is one more bass on the $15 combo! I am also able to walk out on the rocks to retrieve a lure from a tree. Finding lures can help boost morale on a slow day.

I've caught a lot of fish on grub's of all sizes, fish love them. Those Yum fishing shades help out a lot on eliminating
glare, a great buy for under $5 at Walmart

Have you tried this with a swivel and a weighted swimbait hook? I wonder if it would perform any better then. Anyway, I love your channel and the videos you produce for those of us who seek bass on foot.
If ya haven't already done it, do a video where you only use lures that you have found while fishing

I love fishing Grubs. Kalin's 5" grubs rock. Great video BTW. Also do you have a lot of success with Chatterbaits? I have yet to get a fish on one.

I am not a Grub guy, but damn those were some badass looking grubs. You almost went Keifer style on the chatterbait retrieval ha ha. Good stuff man!!!
I don't bother watching alot of the fishing videos here on YouTube for the simply fact it's a sales pitch but your videos on the other hand is like going to bass school so please keep doing what you are so good at teaching people different ways to fish
