My 2 cents worth on all the new technology available today. Why not create different levels of kayak bass fishing? An unlimited division where you can throw all the money in the world into fishing and then several other leagues with No FFS, no Trolling motors and so on. That way bass tournament participants can choose the level they wish to compete in.
