Bernie Schultz spent a few hours trying to trick a big spawning bass. After accidentally foul hooking the bass he unhooked it and released it because it wasn’t hooked in the mouth. Then a few minutes later he hooked up with another fish of the same size. This time it was legally in the mouth and was a crucial catch for his Day 1.
