Spring Transition Bass Fishing at Blue Marsh Lake

Welcome to another episode of Randy and Steve’s Outdoor Adventures. In this episode, we are bass fishing our local highland reservoir Blue Marsh Lake during the spring transition. Blue Marsh Lake as well as other highland reservoirs are difficult places to fish. You have to understand the movements of the bass when fishing Blue Marsh Lake and highland reservoir. During the spring transition, the bass at Blue Marsh Lake and other highland reservoirs are moving from the deep water winter haunts to bluff walls, secondary points and wood. When these bass begin to move they are looking for food to fatten up for the spawn. Using baits such as crankbaits, jerkbaits, and swimbaits your able to cover water and catch these active highland reservoir bass. When you figure out this key Blue Marsh Lake becomes a bit less confusing. If you like what you saw please like, subscribe, share and hit the bell to get notification when we post.
