I wish I could fish with some of those giant baits but my ponds are sooooo pressured. I have to go finesse and have gone to bfs fishing. Still fun when that tug on the line comes!
When you mean 16th ounce for dropshot in ponds are you referring to 3/16 or 1/16. What would you prefer overall for pond fishing?
I have a question. I am a somewhat beginner bank fisherman (about a year and a half) who just loves being out in nature and enjoys catching fish. But something isn’t clicking for me. I have all the bait, and the rods, (both casting and spinning) and ponds and lakes. But whenever I go out to the pond or lake I come up empty. Which bait do I use? Which rod do I use? Where is the best spot? Now I know you say often that fishing changes all the time, but I was wondering if you could make a video that would somehow make it click. Also love what you are doing. There are many Youtubers who say they’re Christians, but are really not. You on the other hand use your fame as an opportunity to spread God‘s infinite love. When my mom asks who I am watching, I am proud to say TRF. Keep up the good work!

That midsize rage bug (in blue craw) is actually one of my favorites this time of year. Does great on a 3/0 ewg with a 1/8oz weight in ponds with grass and bluegill.

Idk what it is but those KVD jerk baits are definitely my skunk busters for the same time of year BUT, even though we have tons of bluegill, chrome just seems to work wayy better than any other color I’ve thrown. It’s my skunk busters also though thanks to you
