In this video I break down when I like to use swim jigs vs. spinnerbaits vs. chatterbaits. The swim jig is great for fishing grassy spawning areas during the Spring, and you can see that the Spot Killer jig and boot tail trailer combo is a fish catcher. I used this setup at several of my lakes and it produced in every one and it has earned a spot in our tackle shop and our tackle boxes.

How would a 7'9 rod with a reel at 7.1.1 with 15lb fluorocarbon work with these? I have a jig and worm rod, that is 7'1 with 6.4.1 but I have braid on it.
