  1. Haha, “last cast”, I usually have about 20 minutes worth of those….. what knot do you connect your braid to your fluoro with? I used to always use a swivel in between but then learned the “Alberto knot” last year and use that.

  2. Bro for real if you do a flyfishing video can you actually kind of give the newbies out here such as myself that is new to fly fishing little bit of a pointer like on is it more risk? Is it more elbow? How do we snap it? how do we get it out there? I mean I understand Paul line go back for you know treated kinda like a bull whip, but is it more wrist? Is it elbow? Is it shoulder I mean Man I’m pretty sure there’s other people out there feel the same way as me and we just kinda need a few pointers. Much appreciated.

  3. Just realized I failed to mention that I really do thoroughly enjoy your videos. Love the saltwater content personally speaking I live in Texas I’m in Houston right here by Galveston. I try to go surf fishing and offshore whenever I can get out into Galveston Bay and all of that dude, Nothing around here is really worth it. unless you got a really nice skiff or a flat bottom, so I’m like that that you can get into some of the brackish backwaters and get into the big redfish they’re feeding and the big trout to flounder and whatever else bite your bait

  4. I’m I’m a little old-school I’m I’m 45 years old but I was taught how to fish by people that were 45 when I was 10 People that have already passed people that grew up before they had a difference between Floro and mono and braid and all of this stuff now I have tried to transition. I have braided line on all my combos that I’m gonna be running lards, glide, bates, heavy, heavy, swim bates, catfish anything like that I have mono on all of my Texas rigs in a worms stuff like that that I want to go to the bottom and everything else and I have straight floral on my top water stuff that I have a problem with that for 25 years. I ran nothing but Berkeley trialing whether it was 10 pound test on a finesse rigger 25 pound test on a damn catfish rig was always just straight up. Berkeley try her some monofilament is always Berkeley and now, there’s 27,000 manufacturers of line and of course a traditionalist I’m gonna go with the most exotic shit in the world because dammit I got upstage my buddy over there that’s running a ZIP Code 303 with some damn 10 pound Berkeley trial on it and pulling in 5 pound on the regular 20 pound catfish on the regular does the line really make that big of a difference because I haven’t noticed an upgrade in my bites or anything since I’ve been using all this expensive ass shit I do enjoy your videos, though I was turned down to you another fellow fisherman

  5. Hey from Destin. Great video! Glad you are having fun getting your line wet. Helpful if you can let us know where you are fishing. Maybe a video on how you find your spots and the hoops you go thru to make sure you can fish there. Looking forward to your next video.
