This is where it all started for me. it was in this little canal where i would catch my first big bass and have lots of fun learning how to use lures and different types of baits.
today i went out to give it a try and see if i can find a big bass. nonetheless had fun!

Are there bass in canals in rio hondo and if so where?
Looks like a good place for a ditch donkey or maybe a trench panda, I live right up 35 from there, let's go fishing together sometime
