Dates filmed: April 24-30. During this video alex and Collin were in South Carolina with there friends and family. Taking the advantage of fishing on the pond right in front of there house, they managed to catch some big fish! They started out the trip using only senkos in green pumkin magic (5 inch) and actually caught some great fish. However the fish in the pond towards day 3 started not eating the senkos so they switched to brush hogs (full size in Candy Bug) and also got a few on a spro popping frog) It was an amazing trip and we hope to go back next year to catch more giants! Water temp: 75-78 degrees Conditions: Bluebird skies and extremely hot (air temp was around 90-100 degrees) Patterns: Finding bass near structure or in shade pockets right near shore. Retrieve: For all the baits we fished them very fast because we knew the bass’ metabolism would be speeded up greatly do to the very hot weather. Pond: Very shallow no deeper then 6 feet, lots of vegitation and all soft bottom (many weeds) Location: Hilton head Island in south carolina Usual times fished: Early Morning (6:00-8:00am) and late afternoon and sunsets (4:00-8:00pm) Water clarity: 3 and a half feet (very fisable could almost see bottom throughout the whole pond! We want to give a huge thanks to all you guys for watching this and cannot wait for you guys to see all of our great catches in upcoming vids!
