Lake Chickamauga was ranked the #2 Bass lake in the United States. That’s what drove me to move from Auburn, Alabama to Tennessee to explore this beautiful bass fishing lake. Follow along my journey as I attempt to catch trophy bass, hone my craft, entertain, and share my learning experiences.

My favorite baits right now are Chatterbait, Alabama rig (A-Rig), Crankbait, Jerkbait, Shaky Head, Frogs. These will probably change as we start to approach Prespawn and Spawn.

Favorite Equipment: Shimano Curado, Duckett rods, Nitro Boats, Mercury Motors, Toyota Trucks, Go pro.

  1. Awesome video man!! Never fished chick but I’m coming down for the first time on the first weekend of June, could you recommend an area for fishing shallow/grass for that time? Thanks!!

  2. I don’t think I’ve ever seen you miss two in a row. That white swim jig has really worked for you this spring. Nice, big fish. Too bad you didn’t have that one on Cherokee. I wish Sam had docks, but they’re not allowed. Have you tried the Baby Bull Shad? You ought to keep a bottle of Mountain Dew on board for those bleeding fish. It stops the blood flow almost immediately. Good day of fishing.
