I competed in a Cincinnati Kayak Fishing online tournament last summer. The boundaries are any water in Kentucky north of Lexington. Since I hadn’t gotten much creek fishing in this year I decided to run up the main stem of Elkhorn Creek north of Frankfort. The water was higher than I’m used to but I was able to find good concentrations of fish positioned adjacent current in sheltered water. I finished the tournament in 4th place out of 36 anglers.
