It's what happens when you buy store brand baits. They use lower quality plastisol which tear up easily that combined with 0 time in curing stage. I've been getting 12-13 bass on all my plastics. Some of us bait makers perfect our craft so that the action is top notch but also they last a very long time.

You can clip a small split shot on your frog hook to keep it friom flipping. Works great!!

I just got 4 white Z-Man 1/8 micro chatterbaits, I haven't tried them yet. I heard to try them without a trailer, or remove the skirt and use a small paddle tail like a Hazedong.

Great video bro, keep the product reviews going. There's some much out there to discover and try hard to find stuff that works in texas. I'm currently fishing a GKA200 but my next reel is going to be a Dark wolf.
I use the do-it wacky jig hook size 2 with the small owner screwlock and have no problems getting good hooksets with a 5.5 xul bfs rod
The kind I often fish in NM has 3 vehicles in it. But they were placed in there for fish structure when the pond was built. Maybe same scenario. (I got my measuring mat. Thanks!)

There's too many bass in there I've caught some good ones but never anything over 5 , prolly 100 3 to 5 lbs , there's some big bluegill in there I've caught some on the pad crasher jr. Middle of the day that dragonfly bait would smash but I don't know if you could get them out of the slop on bfs gear
