  1. While yes you are within your legal rights. There is this thing called respect. It's a big enough lake. Find yourself someplace else to fish. It's people like yourself who give this wonderful sport a bad name.

  2. Navigable water ways the state owns land below the low water levels not the high water levels. It isnt 6 feet above shore that is open to public.. That is a myth.. At least in all tge midwest states that i fish. The public has no right to the shore line unless it is on public property.

I was ticketed for this because I believed I could walk the shore line since I didn't trespass to get there.

Minnesota lake shore owners own from low water level up. I.E. lucky these boys didn't wait for the police. 😂

  3. That woman was a typical lake lawyer thinking she's right no matter what. You can't argue with closed minds. I would have stayed and let the law explain to her the regulations. I've gotten to where I carry the book with me when fishing because I've run into too many of these wannabe enforcers.

  4. fishing is my wonderful sport to a woman comes on the same and she becomes I control freak and I know all and generally very sheltered non-existent life I mean like that I just a drag of society have no social life and generally ain't getting it

  5. i mean im all for fishing shorelines / docks nothing anyone can do about that …but when you pull your boat up on someones property and get out of the boat and start wading in front of their place i mean cmonnn guys show a little respect we all gotta try to get along.. property owners and fishermen.

  6. They are only fishing, in Australia you can basically fish anywhere. As long as you follow the rules of fishing eg depends on the fish or crab that has to be a certain size to be able to take home, we also fish and throw the fish back, We do have fishing laws for that, but not as bad as the United States. As for fishing behind someone’s house unless there is a sign to say no fishing private property we won’t, but if it doesn’t say we would fish there. You need to show them the rules of where you can fish from there property. Most people might not know the rules and regulations.

  7. You’re being a smartass… you even filmed yourself getting off the boat onto land… if that was my property I’d come ask you leave too “they don’t read reg books” “call a CO officer” lol You sound like a tool. Making anglers look bad.

  8. You beached the boat at shore and then walked well past 6ft onto their property. Just because you were back in the water when they approached doesnt mean they didn't see you on their land.

  9. I'm guessing the majority of thumbs down are people that find this clickbaity. He literally went on that property I think because it would be controversial. Dude is in a motorboat, and knew if he went on this lady's property he would get more views.

  10. You did it just serviced every other fishermen in that late now that lady is going to think she has the right to run everybody off you should have stayed and let the Cox educator then she wouldn't give anybody a hard time anymore

  11. I’m guessing he left before the cops got there so they couldn’t see the beginning of this video where he questions weather he can get out on shore then hops down on the land. It doesn’t help his “ I’m six feet from shore “ argument. I would love to know what the yellow sing said.

  12. Bro you are standing outside of their property you seem to be pretty close to their boat and dock as well I’m not saying you’re in the wrong but when you stand that close to someones belongings it makes people uneasy

  13. Fellas, never leave when a miserable person calls the cops because now they believe they're right. You're not in the wrong so always stay, keep fishing, and wait for the cops. What you're saying sounds legit so when the cops come the miserable person can get schooled!!! And try and bring documents proving the laws.

  14. Dude you’re not even being honest watch your video you were standing on dry land your boat was an inches from the shore. if you mess up you mess Up. apologize And keep it moving don’t lie

  15. Were you legal? Yes. Were you being annoying to the property owner? Definitely. I love to fish, but your attitude is why I hate a lot of guys with boats. Makes you wish you had an rc sub, armed with Real torpedoes! Would be funny to watch you sink!
