  3. Two weeks ago, I walked down to the bank of our lake to make a few casts right before dark, not really expecting to catch anything. I had a 3 inch wacky worm on my hook. Caught a 3 pound bass, then 2 casts later I caught the largest fish of my life. I didn’t have a scale with me, but I know that bass was over 10 pounds. When I held it up for my wife to take a picture, I had both of my hands in its mouth, like you see people holding giant catfish. It had eyes as big as a cow! Quite a thrill 🙂
