Stop number 2 on the Anglers Choice VA tournament trail brought Troy and I to Kerr (buggs island). We fished this April 16th, so fish were still moving up and the water was a bit cooler than it is now but overall I’m glad with the turnout! Saw you pulling out of the ramp that afternoon. I grew up fishing the nutbush arm of Kerr. Guys from the river end where you were say nutbush is too clear lol. Never bothered me in my years there.

It's good to know I'm fishing in the right spots because I know where you caught most of them. Buggs is one of those lakes that's always a challenge to be on nice fish consistently. With the way the water level fluctuates because of the hydro dam. They always seem to drop the water too much right at the spawn as well.

Your even more negative for how you pronounce Kerr…. Yep good ol CAr choked full of 2 lbers… It was tougher that day though weights were down (time of year).. we fished the Cat had right under 11lbs.. nice video as always!
