RETURN to COYOTE LAKE on a BOAT! (Bass Fishing San Jose)

Buddy Rob who took me on his boat to Calero Reservoir hit me up and asked if I was down to go fishing again, so of course I said yes! We decided to give Coyote Lake Reservoir a shot, so we linked up on the weekend and got on the water. The morning started out strong with a good few bass bites on the jackhammer chatterbait with the spunkshad trailer. Had a bit of a lull then we found some more fish before we ended the day! I also (after the gopro died, rip) caught my first bluff wall jerkbait bass! Was a fun adventure fishing another San Jose reservoir!

  1. Great vids Gary. I fish a lot of these spots with my little kid, especially the Perc Ponds as I live by them. Most of these places are definitely pressured so it's good to see you still catching successfully. I think I better step up my technique and use more lures as I rarely catch decent bass. Sunfish are still fun though when kid's are involved. Hopefully you keep giving more tips while out locally. Appreciate you man. Good stuff.

  2. Nice, I was at Loch yesterday and was pretty tough on the shore. Lots of pressure. Stained water and hard to find a spot. Got one. Small but better than nothing. Coyote seems to be going pretty good right now
