Im on my 4th playthrough and this is first time im having trouble with this. The game wont hardly let me equip the fishing rod in the area. Also ive casting for an hr and not one appearance of the bass

Guys just now my brother was playing rdr2 fishing with Kirien trying to catch the legendary bluegill. He didn鈥檛 have the lure so I suggested dynamite and got a largemouth bass the size of this. Is this normal?
Is any one noticed the big largemouth bass near rhodes in the legendary bluegill area ?
As of November 2020 you can still catch this legendary with Special Lake Lure (instead of River Lure)
