What rod are you using with your Slx?
How shallow are u punching ? I’ve been to the delta and it always seems like it’s only 1 ft of water.. are the bass still up in there ? Nice vid btw and thanks for the punching tips !

I was just out there on Sunday. Launched out of bw…..it was really tough. Landed only 1 didn't punch much had alot of those short strikes and missed alot of fish….I would reel in a few baits with the pinchers tore off…. very frustrating day….I would see swirls behind my wake baits but nothing….good video 👍
Do you think they hear/feel your reel clicking? Sometimes I hold the line with my thumb until I need to set the hook but that can be tricky.

What website do you use for the tides? and what reel would you recommend for a second punching/ pitching reel? the reel I use now is a shimano slx dc 8.1 and I love but I was wondering if you have a preference over your slx or your tatula.
