WKBF/OKBF TOUR EVENT #5 + NATIVE NO LIMIT BIG BASS POWER HOUR – Practice Day
This is the practice day for the two tournaments, one of which is the last tour event for Kayak Fishing Northwest’s Oregon and Washington divisions taking place on Lake Umatilla on the Columbia River. This is a trophy smallmouth bass factory in the Pacific Northwest and my first time fishing this lake and really effectively fishing the Columbia.
I had scouted many areas and spots to fish and the goal was to fish as many of them as possible to rule out any unproductive water and more importantly, find where the big bass were at. Even the small fish here fight like crazy and were a ton of fun to catch.
