Today’s bass fishing match up is Powerbait MaxScent vs Yum Dinger. I get a surprise catch on one of these bass fishing lures! I am fishing early in the morning and there are already other fishermen out there trying to catch those bass. I need to act fast while I have place to fish. So changing lures is often required. After not catching any bass on the Powerbait MaxScent the General, I switch it up to the Yum Dinger and get that first fish. Later in the day I try the PowerBait once more and even the score. Who wins in Powerbait Max Scent vs Yum Dinger? We all do!

I think it shows a lot about the baits you were using that you caught a catfish on the Maxscent. Catfish are known for liking the stinky bait and bass on the darker colored worm. Both have worked well for me in the past just my opinion though.
That catfish would have been good eating.

I used to be a firm believer that scent dispersion was the key to catching fish (live worms, Max Scent, additive scents) but one of the things your channel taught me is scent nor brand donβt matter, if it looks pretty to a fish theyβll bite it!
