Welcome back to Papa & Joe Go North 2026!

Day 2 brings us to Lake Ripley in Northern Wisconsin. We launched hoping to find some bass, but the lake had other plans. After spotting endless schools of bluegill and crappie, struggling to find a consistent pattern, and experimenting with different presentations, we finally discovered something that completely changed the day.

What followed was nonstop northern pike action, shredded baits, bloody shirts, and enough “snake” pike to keep us busy all morning. Just when we thought we had the lake figured out, a surprise football bass showed up to end Part 1 in style.
