You're losing fish cause your bait casting rod is way too stiff and you're ripping the hooks out of their mouth (and eyes and gills and body) not because your hooks are barbless. They aren't bass.

I have used hard plastics for trout and salmon for years switch those treble hooks out to single hooks and you will land so many more fish.
Try some line called monofilament !!!! It doesn't tear the hook out of the mouth !!!! What is wrong wth u u tube ers !!!! No BRAID for soft mouth fish 😂
