Day 1 of a mini trip to a lake I’d best describe as the East Coast Cali Delta. One of the coolest lakes I’ve ever fished and I can’t wait to get back. We drove through the night and had to get out on the water as soon as we got there so bear with us through the sleep deprivation and excitement, but I think you’re gonna enjoy this one.

That lake is absolutely loaded with fish the size you caught on the 50 state tour but for what ever reason the big ones hadn’t moved up yet. The 8.88 would have won you both days on Harris $150,000, Lol
. A few years back a team tournament winner weight in 5 fish for 46lbs

Smoked em in February’s skinny dippers. My Florida buddy caught 3 fish over 10 in two weekends there. That place really turns on when the wind blow. Caught my pb there in May, 8.3

757 head here; them bigger green fish seem elusive. Largest one I've seen with my own eyes was in a golf course pond…and makes you think a little since we've got little lakes and river systems all over the place, but if the challenge was to break the PBs or just get over the double digit mark, might find me in argyle pants raiding the courses tryna get this bread via inconspicuous ponds.
