Third year is a charm! I’ve been surf fishing New Jersey the last few years without much success. I had been stock piling knowledge, and it’s finally paying off! This trip Brother Max net me up there for a 2 day skunk. I stayed 1 more day and got into multiple blitzes of Striped Bass. This video was the afternoon of the last video I posted. I was running & gunning up and down the beach looking for Blitzing striped bass. I FOUND a Blitz happening right where I started! They come and go so fast! It’s Crazy!!

Thanks for sharing but ditto on developing a better form of releasing these fish. Fish, or humans for that matter, have a better chance of survival if they land in water than sand. Did you ever try to dive into two inches of water? Let’s preserve the population dude. Again, thanks for sharing.
How far out can you throw a line? Obviously as far out as the fish, but i'm curious.

You might want to release those fish in a bit deeper water instead of just throwing them at the wash and hoping they survive. Give them a chance.
