New Hogan Lake Pre Spawn Bass Fishing

I was bass fishing at the famous New Hogan Lake known for its striper population. I wanted to check out what the bass were doing during these cold fronts and I wasn’t surprised to find them back out in deep waters again as they wait for more stable conditions to arrive. This time of the year is either feast or famine so be prepared to fish hard and endure through the countless hours of not catching any fish at all. I had a great time out there and as always, I’ll see all of you on my next fishing session!
