I liked that the boxes came with full sets of dividers already separated and installed in the boxes allabout.wiki/4h8q Dividers did not need to be separated or any mold flash trimmed off. Latches seems well designed, I have one filled with probably 3 lbs of various sinkers and turned it upside down and the lid remained closed! I would recommend or purchase these again.
