Hello to all of you! Hopefully the holidays have been treating all of you well. With 2024 behind us, it’s time to start off 2025 on a strong note! I had just purchased the Garmin Striker Vivid series 7sv and wanted to test it out at lake Berryessa. I used 2d sonar and Clearvu(down imaging) to locate bait balls and also found the bass down at the bottom. Once I had an idea of which depth they were holding at, I went to work and had fun catching these fish from the deep! Anywhere I go the dropshot is my skunk insurance. I’m hoping to catch bass deep again so until then be on the lookout for my next fishing session!
