Spent a couple hours on the river dialing in patterns for an upcoming bass tournament 🎣 I hit new water, tested different spots, and threw a mix of baits — but I already had confidence in one key lure: the spinnerbait. After finding some success on the main river, I moved into my primary tournament area and kept working that spinnerbait to see if the bite would hold up.
Things took a wild turn when a grinnel (mudfish) absolutely destroyed my lure.
