Every winter I go through all my baits and consolidate or create a new box. Over the years you might mix spooks with jerkbaits in a box until the collection gets enough for its own box. I have a box just for wacky rigs that has hooks, O rings and baits in it now because I use the same stuff often. I do keep most of my overflow soft plastics in a money bag and that can get to be a mess at times. In the spring it all looks good but by fall it can get disorganized as I add new baits.
