I have a pond with thousands of bluegill we stocked it with everything including Florida bass about 4 summers ago. I’ve caught a few bass but it seems way slower then it should do you have any recommendations for bait? I’ve seen hundreds of bass spawn to do there has to be giants hidden somewhere.
Be super careful when wade fishing drains like that man. There can be manholes with covers missing and some nasty currents underneath. People get sucked into em often enough to offer a warning…
Yeah I fished high water from the same storm system when it rolled through the Florida panhandle. Some of the fish where still on beds. There were gar everywhere and I think I saw a couple small tarpon roll. They usually show a little later.
