Mid-Strolling Gary Yamamoto Angry Stick – Bass Fishing

Hello. In this video, I demonstrate the Mid-Strolling technique for largemouth bass using the Gary Yamamoto Angry Stick. This 3-inch stick-type bait, featuring a distinctive pintail, is tailored for finesse-style fishing. Exclusive to the Japanese market through Gary International, this lure showcases the unique designs available from Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits. If you’re unable to access this JDM exclusive, consider alternatives like the Deps Deathadder and Keitech Sexy Impact. In this session, I use the non-salt version of the Angry Stick, which I find superbly suited for Mid-Strolling. Dive into the technique and see how this particular setup can enhance your bass fishing success!

  1. Hello! This season, I've been practicing the technique, Mid-Strolling, which is super popular in Japan. Now I think I'm getting the hang of it. Still needs some trial and error, but I caught a nice-sized bass with a Gary Yamamoto Angry Stick. Thank you for watching!

  2. I like your light one handed setup/style. It looks much more comfortable and fluid than my technique. Im gonna adjust some of what i do now that I've seen the error of my ways. Haha
