Ethan and I got out on Wednesday, March 12 for a day of bass fishing on Lake Guntersville. The bass are really making a hard push to the bank as the water temps continue to creep up. We caught most of our bass today in about 4-6ft of water on about a 100yd stretch going into a spawning pocket. All were caught on the Alabama Rig and a few on a jerkbait. We’ve already noticed buck bass on the bank in the pond behind our house. The big females won’t be far behind. Now is the best time of the year to catch a giant! Don’t let this opportunity pass by.
