Hi Paulie, I use a uni knot to attach braid to a swivel, but instead of going once thru the eye I go thru twice. I have not had it fail yet.
You got me working on perfecting the loop knot I really need to start using it more especially in fresh water!!

I like the polymer knot for braid.
I only use the uni knot, been doing it since I started fishing and its second nature. The only thing I do differently is if I’m tying braided line, I loop it over twice around before tying the knot as braided line tends to be more slippery.
