Hey Brian, this past Tuesday I took my dad out on a Minneapolis Metro Lake, and rigged him up with a slim swimz in pearl color on a 1/8th ounce underspin jig. He promptly caught an 8 lb pike. You got me hooked on Z- man baits a couple of years ago and I've used everything of theirs from the 2" grubz to the mag fattyz. All have caught fish. Thanks for your teaching videos, you're a real asset to the fishing community!

just have to be careful not to lay them down on something hot. they will melt and create a mess of your carpet. they last forever though and catch plenty of fish.

That’s my favorite small swimbait right now, don’t be giving away the sauce! They’re good for underspins, willow vibes, chatterbaits, jig heads. I have that same purple also, fried bologna, opening night!

Hey blat do you ever use a spy bait at hartwell I started using them and I have caught some big spots on them
I’ve been using these jig heads for the past 6 months with the 3” & 4” minnows in the Slam Shady and I’ve had great success . I’m going to find some of the opening night and keep it simple. I left a couple of them rigged up and my baits got wonky, can you recommend a way to correct a bent tail or issue and how to bring back to original shape. Thank You 🙏
