  1. To all in the comment section who struggle with certain lures. I have one recommendation, do not bring any other lure with you only the lure you want to gain confidence with. I know it’s hard to do but fish it every day until you start to catch or get bit. Once you get a few bites the light bulbs go off and you will understand a little better. Granted there is a time and place for certain baits so keep that in mind.

  2. This guy don’t know what he’s talking about. Live target is a way better lure than the savage gear. If your looking for realistic, the live target looks more real. Just think about a pan fish swimming. Does it move all messed up like the savage gear? No!

  3. The live target bluegill/sunfish is my favorite bait of all time. Put a treble hook on the bottom and its a devastating lure in Small lakes and ponds around 2 to 3 feet from surface.

  4. Why are you comparing a wedge tail style bait vs a segmented bait with a flat tail. This makes no sense at all. At the core they are designed with different action in mind and different technique in mind🤔

  5. I have never used a Live Target lure that I like before. They are always too light for casting distance or their action is not good; however, they always get you with the realistic looks of their lures though!

  6. I don't know if it's because i'm fishing in mid-north canada but I found the swim at too slow a speed and no motion at medium to fast speed. Altough I caught a good bass on the second cast, I can't use this to troll.

  7. Huddleston deluxe bluegill is nice looks so real in the water $35 I've got a few bass on it and its held up. I wasnt impressed with the live target bluegill I've bought

  8. Trouble with Top water. Try a Whopper Plopper. It flat catches bass. Use it for a while. Then you will get better at a frog or other Topwater baits. Just love waiting for the Topwater hit. This season I am trying a Prop bait. Put #4 Mustad treble hook on it. Moved the front hook closer to the front. It shaped like a pencil. I watched Roland Martin. He thinks it's a great Topwater bait. In Florida it's used alot. Shawn.

  9. Live target looks more realistic to me, I have never seen fish moving like a snake 🙂 I guess both are good for different conditions: live target is for cold and savage gear is for warm temp.

  10. I struggle with every lure and am limited to certain fish in my area. Locally I only have northern pike, trout, yellow perch, walleye and suckeres. Seems like no matter what I use it's hit or miss. Only catch like 2 fish every time I go out. Would really like to catch a walleye
