  1. Went out today fished in real shallow water. Cycled through a wide variety of baits. When I switched to chartreuse I was hauling hogs out one by one. It's funny you're calling it as it happened to me. I was running a chatterbait through the weeds and as I hauled it through the weeds I got nailed with a reaction strike and pulled one out.

  2. I went to Wilson Lake on the Tennessee River this past Saturday. A cold front had come through and the temperature was only 36 degrees that morning. I tried multiple baits and only caught 1 small bass on a lipless crankbait. There were so many threadfin shad around 2 inches long I don't think the fish were even hungry. There were giant balls of baitfish in nearly every spot we fished. What should I have tried? Thanks for always putting out good information to help us catch more fish 👊👍.

  3. Is there a temp range when you give up on shallow? I am from Nebraska, fish lakes with only bluegill and crappie, water temp is at 58 right now. Have been marking large schools in 20 ft range but can not get deep bite going (always struggle off shore though).
