Andy Buss and Kerry Frey chase Lake St. Clair smallmouth bass fishing with swimbaits during the spring in this episode of Bassin with Buss: Hunter of Fish. It was a tough bite, but we still managed a 20 pound 5-fish limit of smallmouth bass. The fish were in the prespawn phase.
These prespawn smallmouth bass were between 6-8 feet and relating to rocks. This video shows some incredible jumping bass and how to retrieve a swimbait.
