This was only my second time on St. Clair. My first time wasn’t as successful as this trip out. I spent most of the early morning searching out deeper, trying to locate fish and had no luck, so i finally went in shallower and ended up finding a spot that they were loaded in. In about 8′ of water and denser weeds, I caught about 10 Smallies in an hour. All were right around 3 lbs. There is so much to learn about this lake and so much water to cover, but only more time on it will help. Until next time St. Clair. 🤘
