We got a late start to the morning, so we missed the majority of the topwater bite. Still managed to get plenty of topwater action, and then had to change it up. The water was very clear, so every fish was visible. Bass were swimming everywhere, but they were a tad finicky this day. I tried to sight fish a few bigger Bass, but they weren’t interested in what I had to offer. It was still a very fun day on the water at one of my favorite lakes, Up-North.
