Lake Pleasant was finally good to us! Bass fishing on Arizona’s toughest lake

In today’s video we headed out to Lake Pleasant to see if we could get on some bass. Bass fishing on Lake Pleasant can often be tough and its not to uncommon to go out there and walk away with the dreaded skunk. This in mind there is still plenty of sizable bass in the lake and it can produce some pretty amazing days on the water when the stars align. Today happened to be one of those days where the fish cooperated pretty well!

The morning started off getting some solid bits on top water including a buzz bait and frog. As the day wore on we moved little deeper and caught fish on senkos and drop shots. By the end of the day we ended up landing a pretty solid bag of fish for the lake given the current conditions and even had a surprise species join the party. Join along to see how we did!
