We headed out to fish the islands on Lake Ontario expecting a solid day of Smallmouth Bass fishing, but the Lake through us a curveball. Between the insane water clarity, countless islands, a pile of dink smallmouth, and some massive by-catches, this trip turned into one of the most unpredictable days we’ve had on the water this year.
