Today, we decided to put the bass boat in at Callville and head through the narrows to the upper basin.
The bite was tough in the morning but started to pick up. We found Smallmouth and Largemouth bass that were coming in shallow, but with the water still a bit chilly, (56-60) we stuck with finesse. Top bait of the day for us was the drop shot.
