Awesome video. This has been my go-to bait for at least 3 years. It's always on my primary rod if water temps are over 50 degrees. I use the 1/0 with a three inch BP speed shad male perch color and dye the tail chartreuse for stained water and catch a bunch of big crappie and bass on it. In the fall when I see bass blowing up on schools of bait in the main lake, I throw past the school and reel it quick until I feel it bumping shad and stop reeling and let it dive…. that's when I usually get bit. This "reel it and kill it" technique also works on crappie in the spring around wood after I've bumped it.
Really appreciate the tips! I'm definitely throwing one of these in the Sealy this weekend 💪
Damn. Hubbard is at 80 today. Huge difference.
Good job!
