Went on Saturday to enjoy done nature and catch some largemouth bass at Fayetteville County Reservoir it also known as Lake Fayette. I decided to go by the dam and try it out, figured out that you get a lot of snags over there! There is a slope 5 feet from the rocks where you can drag your work, jig or Texas rig set up and works well. Caught one bass at the dam using a Texas rigged creature bait! It was a hot day compared to the weather we were getting here in Texas the past couple weeks, as I pedaled back to the dock decided to burn my crank bait in 4-8 ft of water and I started getting hit and caught the other three working it back!
