Went to Lake Del Valle to do some fishing – I was able the land the Bass Trifecta already in early Spring. It was a good day fishing.
Smallmouth was caught on 3.3in Keitech on a ball head jig.
Largemouths were caught on mini jigs
Stripers caught on Duo Realis jerkbaits.

Water's UP!!! Nice catches!! Nice stripers. 2 days or one long day? You should have gone back to the spot you fished last time. I was there yesterday for an hour and caught a 23" maybe 8 lb largie in my favorite south facing beach spot. A real thrill on my new Celilo 7'6" ultra light B rod with a 500 reel!!
