I have a couple days to get out and fish the Maine Yak Anglers May Monthly Online Tournament, sponsored by Shaker Hill Outdoors. The tournament allows anglers to fish all month and record the top 5 fish. I took advantage of a day off with sun and no wind and I hit the smallmouth beds. They JUST started and I had to cover a lot of ground. In the end I was sitting in 4th place with 96.5″…. all smallmouth, and all in 6 hours. It was a ton of fun…. now to ice up my back.
