Kayak Bass Fishing Tournament, Topwater Series on Saginaw Bay Michigan

2nd place finish on Saginaw Bay while fishing the Topwater Series Tri-Citits League night Tournament. This is a bi-weekly tournament series that is held on a different body of water each time. We fish from 6pm to 9pm and all anglers launch from the same site.

I had never fished the Saginaw Bay so I was going in completely blind. It wasn’t until around 7:30pm that I finally managed to land my first bass. Once I had submitted the first one I quickly got a limit and started upgrading.
