Fishing for bass around reeds on a local lake using a Zoom trick worm. Nothing fancy. Just dropping it in places that looked good, letting it soak for a bit and then twitching it in. Most larger fish bit on the fall/soak and the tiny fish were darting out and grabbing it on the twitch.

This is one of the cheapest ways to fish successfully for bass. If you hand pour your worms even more so.
